摘　　要：从本世纪初到2011年末,我国的电解铝及相关技术都得到很大程度的发展,新、扩建产能至少增加了七倍之多,然而在大型预焙槽的实际生产管理方面,经验还是比较欠缺。文章从技术发展的角度,认真剖析了几年来电解槽在非正常期、正常期及强化电流管理阶段存在的误区,提供走出误区的措施,供相关人员参考。From the beginning of this century to the end of 2011 ,the aluminium reduction industry and their relative technologies have been rapidly devd- oped in China,new and extension productive capacities have increased by 700% at least, but the actual production experiences have been lacked in the as- pects of management about large prebacked anode aluminium reduction pots. In this paper, some misunderstanding of the aluminium reduction production are analyzed in the stage of abnormal period, normal period and intensifying current in the aspects of technique developing in the recent years and the measures of step out of misunderstanding are proposed.
