摘  要:一水硬铝石型铝土矿是现阶段中国的氧化铝生产厂的主要原料,各厂分别采用拜耳法、选矿拜耳法、烧结法、混联法及串联法生产氧化铝。随着中国氧化铝产能和产量的飞速增长,中国国内铝土矿的矿石品位持续下降。本文重点研究在当前供矿条件下,不同供矿铝硅比,不同生产工艺的主要原料、燃料、动力消耗量及其费用;同时研究相同矿石铝硅比在不同生产工艺中的原燃材料及动力消耗费用;讨论了各种生产工艺对矿石品位变化的适应性;旨在为现阶段中国氧化铝工业经济地利用现有铝土矿资源提供参考。The domestic diaspore bauxite is primary material for alumina production, and Bayer, Dressing Bayer, Sintering, Mixed combination and Serial combination processes are adopted to produce alumina in China. With the rapid increasing of capacity, the diaspore bauxite resources were seriously de- pleted recently in China. In this paper, the consumptions of raw materials, fuel, power and operational costs are studied for different production processes to processing different grade diaspore bauxite under current diaspore bauxite supplied. At the same time, the operational co^ts of raw materials, fuel and power are discussed at same A/S for different processes, and adaptability of grade change for various processes are also discussed, in order to provide ref- erences for economical usage of current bauxite resources for Chinese alumina industry.
