摘　　要：环境影响后评价是对环境影响评价的拟补和延伸,对项目的建设与运行管理发挥重要的指导作用;而适应性管理是打破传统的管理模式,对具有高度复杂性与不确定性事物的有效管理手段。该文在重点分析适应性管理内涵的基础上,提出在环境影响后评价的工作环节中增强适应性管理的理念及要求,将对社会经济与生态环境的协调发展发挥重要作用,同时也指出环境影响后评价理论体系的完善方向。The environmental impact assessment review is intended to complement and extend the environmental impact assessment,and plays an important role in guiding the operation and management of projects.Adaptive management,as a new management model,is effective for things with high complexity and uncertainty.Based on the analysis of adaptive management＇s connotation,this paper puts forward the concept and requirements of strengthening adaptive management in the procedure of environment impact assessment review,which will play an important role in the coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment.This paper also proposes a guide to improve the theoretical system of environmental impact assessment review.
