中药对鼠流感病毒感染的预防效果研究

摘　　要：目的探索中药体内对鼠流感病毒感染的防治作用。方法采用流感病毒A/FM/1/47(H1N1)鼠肺适应株感染小鼠的肺指数及死亡保护实验动物模型评价银翘散制剂、玉屏风散制剂、冰香散对感染鼠的保护作用及肺重改善程度。结果银翘散制剂与玉屏风散制剂的肺指数抑制率达到35%～43%,冰香散滴鼻给药与雾化给药均有不同程度的降低肺指数的作用,肺指数抑制率在19%～25%之间;各试验药预先给药7d,病毒感染后继续给药5d,与病毒对照组相比,银翘散制剂在剂量20～40g/kg范围内对感染鼠的死亡保护率为50%～60%,玉屏风散制剂在剂量40～60g/kg范围内对感染鼠的死亡保护率为70%,冰香散雾化给药对感染鼠的死亡保护率为70%。银翘散制剂、玉屏风散制剂和冰香散延长鼠生命率在50%以上,尤以玉屏风散制剂效果显著,达76.31%。鼠平均生存时间均有不同程度的延长,大约在11～13.4d左右。结论银翘散制剂、玉屏风散制剂及冰香散这三类预防流感方药在体内表现出良好的防治流感病毒作用,为临床运用中药预防流感提供了科学的依据。Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine（CTM） on mice infected with influenza A virus FM1 in vivo.Methods The mice model infected with influenza virus H1N1 were adopted to evaluate the protective effect of CTM,including effect of Jade Screen Powder Preparation,Yinqiao Powder Preparation and Bing-xiang Powder on influenza based on the lung index and death-protection rate.Results Compared with the control group,Yinqiao Powder Preparation at the different dose of 20g/kg^40g/kg showed protective effects on mouse death suffered from influenza virus and led to the death protective rates were 50%~60%.Jade Screen Powder Preparation was effective on pneumonia caused by influenza H1N1 virus infection in mice at the different dose of 40g/kg^60g/kg,and with a death-protection rate of 70%.The death-protection rate of Bing-xiang Powder Preparation by nebulised inhalation was 70%.Yinqiao Powder Preparation,After treated with Bing-xiang Powder Preparation the life span of the mice infected with pneumonia due to influenza virus A strain FM1 infection could prolong 50% and 76.31%.by Jade Screen Powder Preparation.The mean survival time of infected mice in the therapeutic group was longer than that of the control group.The mean survival time（MST） of therapeutic group was 11~13.4 days.Yinqiao Powder Preparation and Jade Screen Powder Preparation could inhibit the inflammation with an inhibitory rates of 35%~43%.Bing-xiang Powder Preparation by nebulised inhalation and nasal drops could lower the pulmonary indexes of 19%～25%.Conclusions Yinqiao Powder Preparation,Jade Screen Powder Preparation and Bing-xiang Powder Preparation were effective in inhibiting the influenza A in vivo.
