克罗米芬联合尿促性腺素用于IVF促排卵治疗的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的研究IVF治疗中克罗米芬联合尿促性腺素进行促排卵治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析了945个患者进行的1080个周期。结果在年龄<35组,基础FSH为(9.3±3.9)IU/L,获卵数为(7.6±5.2)个,胚胎数为(3.6±2.9)个,优质胚胎数为(2.7±2.3)个,冷冻胚胎移植的临床妊娠率为(44.2)%。在年龄≥35岁的患者中,FSH为(10±4.3)IU/L,获卵数为(4.9±3.7)个,胚胎数为(2.3±1.9)个,优质胚胎数为(2.0±1.6)个,冷冻胚胎移植的临床妊娠率为26.5%。结论对于基础FSH偏高或者年纪大的患者,联合克罗米芬和尿促性腺素是一种有效的促排卵方案。Objective To observe the effectiveness of clomiphene citrate（CC） in combination with human menopausal ganadotrpin（hMG） as an ovarian stimulation protocol on poor responders or old women undergoing IVF.Methods One thousand and eighty couples received CC plus hMG from day 3 of the cycle until the day of hCG.All the embryos were frozen for frozen-thawed embryo transferred（FET）.The outcomes were the number of mature follicles,retrieved eggs,embryos,good-quality embryos,and the incidence of a clinical pregnancy of the FET cycles.Results In the age group of 35 years,the level of basal FSH was 9.3±3.9IU/L,number of retrieved eggs were 7.6±5.2,the quantity of embryos were 3.6±2.9 and that of good-quality embryos were 2.7±2.3,the clinical gestational rate of FET was 44.2%.In the age group of ≥35 years,the level of basal FSH was 10±4.3IU/L,the numbers of retrieved eggs,embryos and good-quality embryos were 4.9±3.7,2.3±1.9 and 2.0±1.6,the clinical gestation rate of FET was 26.5%.Conclusion The combined used CC and hMG has been proven to be effective on poor responders or old women undergoing IVF
