厦门市海沧区妇幼中汉赛巴尔通体感染的血清学调查

摘　　要：目的了解汉赛巴尔通体(Bartonella henselae)在厦门海沧区妇幼保健人群中的感染情况。方法采用间接荧光抗体测定法(Indirect immunofluores cence test,IIFT)-滴定平板技术检测婚检人群147人(男50人,女97人),幼儿园教师78人,孕妇人群31人汉赛巴尔通体的IgG抗体。结果共检测256份不同人群血清,检出IgG阳性14份,阳性率为5.47%。结论汉赛巴尔通体感染存在于厦门海沧区人群中,建议在临床诊断中应引起临床医生的重视。Objective To understand the infecious status of Bartonella henselae in maternal and child population in Haicang District,Xiamen.Methods Totally 256 serum samples were collected inclduing 147 women for marrital health checkup,78 nursery teachers and 31 gravidae.IgG antibody to Bartonella henselae was detected by suing indirect immunofluorescence test（IIFT）.Results Totally 256 serum samples were collected and detected and 14 serum samples were positive for Bartonella henselae with a positive rate of 5.47%.Conclusion There is Bartonella henselae infection in Haicang Diostrict and preventive and control measures be taken.
