福建省2009～2011年急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测系统运转分析

摘　　要：目的汇集福建省2009～2011年急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测资料,评价AFP病例监测系统工作和维持无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)状态。方法按照卫生部的要求开展AFP病例监测工作,对监测结果进行统计学分析。结果福建省2009～2011年AFP病例监测系统共报告AFP病例413例,分布在9个区市86个县(市、区),<15岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例年均报告发病率为1.72/10万。AFP发病者中以5岁以下为主占72.88%,这与国内资料报告相似。病例中服苗史≥3次的335例,占81.11%,男女性别比为1.97:1,合格粪便采集率91.28%。结论福建省2009～2011年AFP病例监测系统各项指标,以省为单位均达到标准,但常规免疫仍有免疫空白点存在。为保持无脊灰状态,应在抓好常规免疫的同时,做好强化免疫,提高AFP监测系统的质量。Objective To analyze the results of surveillance of acute flaccid paralysis（AFP） cases in Fujian Province and to;maintain high quality of AFP surveillance and keep polio-free state.Methods the Excel 2003 software was used to analyze the surveillance data for AFP cases collected based on the requirements of Ministry of Health of china.Results From 2009～2011 a total of 413 AFP case are reported from AFP surveillance system in Fujian Province.All of AFP cases were distributes in 86 counties of 9 cities.The average incidence rate of AFP per year was 1.72/100 000 children of 15 years old.72.88% of the AFP cases were in the age group of the children under 5 years and 335 cases（81.11%） accepted OPV≥3 times of immunization with the ratio of male to female of 1.97：1,the collection rate of qualified stool specimen was 91.28%.Conclusions From 2009～2011 the criteria for Fujian provincial urveillance of AFP cases were all attained achieved.But there are still blank routine immunization.Thus enforced immunization program be carried out while conducting routine vaccination activities to maintain the polio-free state.
