快锻油压机主缸放气方法研究

摘　　要：快锻油压机是能源、军工和交通等重大装备制造的关键设备。本文论述了快锻油压机主缸控制系统的组成,主缸内产生气体的原因,研究了传统的主缸放气方法及可能产生的危害,提出了正确的放气方法。The high-speed oil forging press is the key equipment for manufacturing important equipment in power, military and transportation industry. The composition of the main cylinder control system of oil forging press and the generating reasons for the air in main cylinder have been discussed. The conventional bleeding method of the air has been studied as well as the possible damage. The correct bleeding method has been put forward.
