摘  要:利用数值模拟方法,对V形件弯曲及卸载回弹过程进行了模拟,得到了校正力对回弹的影响规律。表明校正力的增加对回弹有很好的控制作用,但随着校正力的增加,会出现负回弹现象。进行了一系列V形件弯曲实验,并将弯曲实验的结果与数值模拟的结果进行了对比,对比结果表明,模拟值与实验值吻合良好,利用数值模拟方法可以有效地预测弯曲成形的回弹量。The bending and spring back process of V-shape part have been simulated by use of numerical simulation method, and the influence of bending force on the spring back of V-shaped part has been gained. The simulation results show that bigger bending force is better for spring back, but with the increase of the bending force, the negative spring back would appear. A series of bending test of the V shaped part has been conducted. The bending test result and the numerical simulation result have been compared and it is proved that the simulation values agree with test data. The numerical simulation method has been used to predict the spring back value of bending process.
