一种用于制备烯丙基聚氧烷烯基醚的催化剂及其应用性能研究

摘　　要：用烯丙醇和金属钠合成了用于制备烯丙基聚氧烷烯基醚的催化剂(烯丙醇钠的烯丙醇溶液),继而对该催化剂进行乙氧基化反应,合成大单体烯丙基聚氧烷烯基醚,并对由该大单体合成的聚羧酸系减水剂进行了性能研究。结果表明,掺该减水剂与掺由其他催化剂共聚而成的减水剂相比,其对混凝土坍落度及坍落度保持性更好,说明该减水剂的性能更佳。A catalyst is synthesized with allyl alcohol and sodium metal,the allyl alcohol sodium solution in allyl alcohol,for the preparation of allyl polyoxyethylene alkyl alkenyl ether.The catalyst was used in ethoxylation reaction for the synthesis of macromonomer-allyl polyoxyethylene alkyl alkenyl ether,and the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer which is synthesized by this macromonomer was studied.The results showed that the performance of the water reducer synthesized is better than other superplasticizer catalyzed by different catalyst in copolymerization through the comparison of results of concrete slump and slump retention test.
