摘 要:从甲醛浓度与吸光度之间的线性关系及空白与检测限浓度显色的可区分性两个角度,分析了改进的AHMT分光光度法制备甲醛试纸的可行性,通过筛选载体吸水材料、制备比色卡制成试纸样品,并进行了性能及寿命测试。结果表明,该试纸在空气甲醛浓度低于0.6mg/m3时色阶明显,最低检测浓度与空白显色可分,甲醛显色剂存放时间半年不变性,该技术具有可开发成低浓度甲醛现场半定量检测产品的潜力。In this paper, the linear relationship between formaldehyde concentration and absorbance and the color distinguishability between the blank and detection limit concentration were studied to get the feasibility of using the improved AHMT spectrophotometry to prepare formaldehyde test paper. With the color card finished, performance and storage life tests of the test paper samples, made from a well-selected carrier absorbent, showed that, the color gradation of the test paper was clear when the formaldehyde concentration was less than 0.6 mg/m3, and color change of the minimum detectable concentration could be distinguished from the blank, and that formaldehyde chromogenic reagent storage time was more than six months. So, this technology could be developed into products used for semi-quantitative detection of low concentration formaldehyde in situ.
