摘  要:测井仪器在运输与使用时的振动频率与电路骨架自身的固有频率相同,就会产生共振,对电子元器件损坏最大。为了防止元器件损坏,必须对电路骨架的振动特性进行分析。模态分析的最终目标是识别构件的模态参数,为结构的振动特性分析和结构动力特性的优化设计提供依据。应用模态分析进行结构优化设计能够显著增加产品设计的科学性,提高设计效率,降低设计成本。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了自然伽马能谱测井仪电路骨架的三维有限元模型,然后根据实际情况设定了约束和边界条件,对电路骨架进行模态分析,获取电路骨架的固有频率和振型,最后对其模态结果进行了分析,对系统优化设计具有实际应用价值。Sympathetic Vibration of logging instrument produced when inherent frequency and vibration frequency of transportation and using are same, and electron cells are greatly destroyed. So the vibration characteristics of circuit framework is analyzed .The ultimate goal of modal analysis is to identify the modal parameters, which can provide parameters for structure vibration analysis and dynamic properties of the optimal design. The application of modal analysis for structural optimization of product design can significantly increase the science and enhance the efficiency of design with lower costs. Based on the finite-element method (FEM), the 3-dimesion FE model of circuit framework was developed through the finite-element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS. The modal analysis of circuit framework was analyzed by setting the restrictions and boundary conditions according to the actual construction case. The natural frequency and the vibration were calculated. The model results were also analyzed. The optimum design of circuit framework could be developed based on the data and result.
