东北电网风电大规模并网后的典型电力平衡方式分析

摘  要:近年来,东北地区风电机组规模发展较快,由于风电机组出力的不可控性,极限功率以及低电压穿越能力等诸多因素,风电的大规模并网给电网安全、稳定运行带来较大影响,基于传统电力平衡方式的电网规划设计已不能全面和准确地反映电网运行特性。结合东北电网负荷特性、风电机组特性、系统调峰能力,提出6种针对风电大规模并网后的典型电力平衡方式。The wind power generator sets scales are under quick developing in recent years.Large scale wind power integration has great effect on the grid safety and stable operation due to non controllable output,power limitation and LVRT ability.Power grid planning based on traditional electric power balancing way could not completely and properly reflect the operating characteristic of the power grid.Six typical balancing ways have been proposed after wind power integration in large scale with the combination of load characteristic of Northeast power grid,the characteristic of wind power generating sets,system peak regulation ability.
