疏水性淀粉基阳离子共聚物的合成及堵水性能

摘  要:通过胶束聚合法合成了疏水性淀粉基阳离子共聚物(HSCC)。以接枝效率为考察指标,确定了最佳合成条件,并用红外光谱对共聚物进行了表征。初步评价了该共聚物的堵水性能。结果表明,在淀粉/丙烯酰胺/二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵/丙烯酸十六酯的质量比为4∶8.3∶1.5∶0.2,体系pH值为6时,接枝共聚反应的最佳条件为:引发剂浓度2.2 mmol/L,表面活性剂含量(质量分数)3%,反应温度50℃,反应时间4 h。合成的共聚物具有良好的堵水效果。The hydrophobic starch based cationic copolymer (HSCC)was synthesized by micellar copoly merization. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows : m (starch) : m (acrylamide) : m ( dime thyl diallyl ammonium chloride) : m ( hexadecyl acrylate) = 4 : 8.3 : 1.5 : 0.2, pH value was 6, initiator concen tration was 2.2 mmol/L, surfactant content was 3%, reaction temperature was 50 ℃, reaction time was 4 hours. The water plugging properties of HSCC were evaluated and the results showed that HSCC had good effects on water plugging. The grafted polymer was characterized by IR.
