摘　　要：医院信息化在不断发展,医院对病案管理的质量、利用率及要求逐渐提高。目前,很多医院的病案管理现状已不能适应当今医院的快速发展需求,管理层不重视、专业知识欠缺、管理观念滞后及人员素质不高等问题在各医院普遍存在。因此,增加病案管理投资,提升病案管理人员素质,提高服务质量,加强病案质量控制及利用,保护医患双方的权利等,已是医院管理者的紧迫任务。The quality, utilization and requrement of medical record management were improved with the continuous development of hospital informatization. At present, out - dated medical record management styles already can not adapt to the need8 of the rapid development of the hospital. Management does not pay attention to, lack of professional knowledge, management concepts backward and low quality of personnel were already a common problem in every hospital. Therefore, the improvement of medical record management investment, the quality of personnd and servlee quality, strengthening of the control and use of medical record management, protection of the rights of both doctors and patients and so on, already to be urgent tasks in our hospital.
