摘　　要：总结医院实施临床路径管理的经验,提出临床路径管理工作的关键环节,并对整个实践过程做了阐述。要重视领导,培育良好环境,实施中确立目标标准和具体的监控标准,注重环节质量,科学评价结果,奖惩结合,持续质量改进,在借鉴国外临床路径成功经验的同时,重点发展适合我国医疗卫生改革的临床路径,使我们的临床路径管理在现有基础上不断提高。Summarize the management practice of clinical pathway, puts forward a key link of the clinical pathway management, expound the practice process. We should set goals standard and specific monitoring standard, pay attention to link quality, evaluate result scientifically, unite rewards and punishment, improve quality. Also the leadership should pay attention to the clinical pathway. A good environment should be cultivated. We should draw lessons from foreign successful experience of clinical path and develop clinical path which is suitable for Chinese medical health reform to make our clinical pathway management continuously improve based on the existing.
