摘　　要：医院病案管理的信息化建设随着医院信息系统建设水平的提高而得以完善,病案管理人员应用条形码、数码、射频识别等现代化技术,不同的岗位使用不同的管理系统,包括身份登记系统、多病案流通系统、病案编目系统、病案质量检查系统、病案数字化管理系统,实现了病案信息资源的共享、拓展了服务的范围、杜绝了病案的丢失和损坏、提高了病案的对外利用效率、提升了病案管理的水平,改变了病案管理工作方式,使病案管理模式发生变革。Hospital medical record management informatization construction was completed by improving the hospital information system construction level. Medical record administrative personnel use modern technology of shape code, numerical code, radio frequency identification, different post use different management systems which were identity registration system, many medical record circulation system, medical record classification system, medical record quality inspection system and digitalized medical record management system to realize the sharing of medical record information re- sources, expand the scope of services, eliminate the loss and damage of medical records, improve the medical record utilization efficiency, promote the medical record management level, change the medical record management mode, finally change the medical record management pattern.
