二级医院高压氧科质量控制中的问题与对策

摘　　要：目的分析二级医院高压氧科在设备、人员、医疗流程等方面存在的不足,探讨提高高压氧科规范化管理措施。方法按照卫生部及北京市卫生局对高压氧舱安全管理规定的要求,对32家二级医院高压氧科进行了全面检查。结果老旧高压氧舱率21.8%,缺少安检、人员配备不足率34.3%,医疗流程缺陷率25%。结论应加强对高压氧科人员、设备、医疗流程的规范化管理,提高医疗安全和医疗质量。Objective To analyze the deficiencies of equipment, personnel, medical procedure of hyperbaric oxygen department in Second-class Hospital, and to discuss how to improve standardization management measures of hyperbaric oxygen department. Methods A total of 32 hospitals hyperbaric oxygen department were comprehensively inspected according to the requirements of ministry of health and the municipal bureau of health. Results The rate of old hyperbaric oxygen chamber is 21 .8%. The rate of security and staff is 34.3%. The rate of lack of medical process defects is 25%. Conduslon We should strengthen the standardization management of personnel, equipment, medical treatment process of hyperbaric oxygen depart- ment, improve medical security and medical quality.
