摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在干部病房的实施效果。方法2011年1月-2011年10月在干部病房住院的老干部患者共160人,随机分为实施优质护理服务的80例患者为实验组,实施传统护理的患者80例为对照组。实验组在传统护理方法的基础上对患者进行优质护理服务,对照组采用传统护理方法对患者进行护理,通过问卷调查的方式比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实施优质护理服务的患者对护理工作的满意度高于实施传统护理的患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理的开展,优化了护理工作流程,提升了临床护理工作质量,提高了患者及家属满意度。Objective To explore the high quality nursing service implementation effect in cadre ward. Methods 160 veteran cadre patients who were hospitalized in our cadre ward were randomly divided into experimental group which implemented high quality nursing service and control group which implemented traditional nursing service from January 2011 to October 2011. Comparing satisfaction of two groups of patients to nursing work through the questionnaire survey way. Results The satisfaction of experimental grOup which implemented high quality nursing service is higher than control group which implemented traditional nursing service. Differences between the two groups have statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The development of high quality nursing care optimize the process of nursing work, improve the quality of clinical nursing work, improve the satisfaction of patient and family members.
