摘 要:目的比较实施压力管理干预措施后对不同科室医务人员产生的效果。方法应用SCL-90对北京市5所三级综合医院参与培训836名医务人员进行调查分析。结果6个科室在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、GSI、PSDL存在统计学差异(P<0.05);科室间两两比较,在躯体化、焦虑、敌对、GSI、PSDL存在统计学差异(P<0.02);科室自身前后比较,内科系统、急诊科、医技科室、管理部门分别存在统计学差异(P<0.05)和高度统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论压力管理干预对综合医院不同科室医务人员心理健康水平有不同影响,急诊、管理部门医务人员心理健康水平改善明显,医技科室恶化,ICU、内科、外科没有显著性差异。Objective Compare the implementation effect of stress management inZtervention measures in different sections. Methods Investigate and analyze 836 medical staffs who take part in train from 5 tertiary general hospitals in Beijing by SCL - 90. Results There was significant difference in the somatization, force, depression, anxiety, hostility factor, GSI and PSDL in the six departments( P 〈 0.05). There was significant difference in the somatization, force, depression, anxiety, hostility factor, GSI and PSDL in any two departments( P 〈 0.02). There was significant difference in the internal medicine, emergency, medical laboratory, and administrative department before and after department itself( P 〈 0.05). It Was also high statistics difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Stress management intervention has different effects in mental health level for hospital medical staffs from different departments. Mental health levels of medical staffs from emergency, administrative department improved significantly, but mental health levels of medical staffs from medical laboratory worsen. IC U, internal medicine, surgery department has no significant difference.
