小剂量氯胺酮超前镇痛对无痛人工流产术应激反应的观察

摘　　要：目的观察氯胺酮超前镇痛联合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产手术的临床效果。方法将30例早孕人工流产孕妇随即分为丙泊酚组(A组)以及氯胺酮联合丙泊酚组(B组),每组各15例,观察两组患者的镇痛效果及应急反应。结果与A组相比,B组镇痛效果满意(采用VAS评分法);组内与术前比较COr(放免法)、E、NE(改良荧光法)均显著升高,而组间比较A组较B组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氯胺酮超前镇痛联合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产手术的临床镇痛效果满意,减轻应激反应,且具有使用简便、安全可靠的特点,适合于门诊患者的麻醉需求。Objective To observe clinical effect of propofol combined, with ketamine for preemptive analgesia in painless induced abortion operation. Methods A total of 30 women undergoing induced abortion were divided into two groups, propofol group（group A） and ketamine plus propofol group （group B） ,each group had 15 cases, analgesic effect and emergency response were observed. Results Compared with group A, the analgesic effect of group B were satisfaction （VAS score）. Parameters including COr, E, NE of group B were higher than preoperative. There was significantly difference between two groups（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion clinical effect of propofol combined with ketamine for preemptive analgesia in painless induced abortion operation has good effect and is suitable for outpatients, with features of simplicity, safety, reliability, and less complications.
