摘  要:采用自制聚氨酯水分散体作为主要成膜物,与表面润湿剂、防黏连剂、消泡剂配合,制备水性环保型光学镜片用临时保护涂料。研究了主要成膜物、各类助剂、涂布工艺及方法对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:该涂料在光学镜片表面所形成的保护膜能够有效防止光学镜片在加工过程中产生光轴偏移和表面损伤;设计的涂布装置及采用的浸渍涂布方法,具有生产效率高、涂料浪费少的优势;选择氟类润湿剂(FC-4430),解决了水性涂料在低表面能镜片表面的润湿涂布问题,能够替代同类型溶剂型涂料,具有一定的环保优势。The environment friendly temporary protective coatings for optical glasses was made by using polyurethane aqueous dispersion as fihn fomer, and then mixing with surface active agent, antiblock agents and defoamer. The effects of film fomer, additives and coating process on propeties of coatings were studied. The results showed that the protective film forming on optical glasses could prevent optical axis offset and surface damage effectivly in the manufacturing process. The coating method and process designed had the advantages of high production efficiency and less waste. The problem of wetting and coating of water-based coatings on low surface energy o ptlc the al glasses solved by using fluorine active agent FC-4430 which could replace the solvent coatings, advantage of environment protection
