摘 要:对弹簧托辊的弹簧进行可靠性设计时,由于随机变量数量较多,可靠性分析的效率较低。针对这一问题,讨论了弹簧托辊应力-强度可靠性灵敏度计算问题。分析过程中,将各随机变量参数按其对可靠性灵敏度的影响程度排列,影响大的按照随机变量处理,影响小的则按照确定型变量处理。算例表明,弹簧托辊剪切强度和抗拉强度的变化对弹簧托辊总体强度的灵敏度较剪切应力和正应力对弹簧托辊总体强度影响的灵敏度大,控制强度向大的方向波动比控制应力向小的方向波动产生的效果明显。该研究为弹簧托辊的可靠性设计提供了快速准确的分析方法。Aimed at addressing the lower efficiency of reliability analysis due to a greater numbers of random variables,such as occurs with the reliability design for the spring of the spring carrier roller,this paper discusses the sensitivity calculation of spring carrier roller stress-strength reliability.The analysis involves queuing the parameters of random variable,depending on their influence on the sensitivity of the reliability,a way marked by treating a higher impact according to random variables,and a smaller variable according to deterministic variable.The example shows that the change of shear strength and tensile strength shows a larger sensitivity to overall intensity of spring supporting roller than the shear stress and normal stress and the sensitivity calculation offers a more obvious effect in controlling the intensity fluctuating to the major direction has than controlling the stress fluctuating to the less direction.This study promises a fast and accurate analysis of the reliability design of the spring roller.
