摘  要:以从广西天然藜豆中提取得到的左旋多巴(Ⅰ)为原料,通过酯化反应得到左旋多巴乙酯(Ⅱ)。采用NaBH4-CeCl3、NaBH4-LiCl、NaBH4-CaCl2作为还原体系,在无水乙醇溶剂中,将左旋多巴乙酯(Ⅱ)还原为左旋多巴醇(Ⅲ)。结果表明,采用NaBH4-CeCl3作为还原体系,有产率高、速度快等优点。该反应中首次采用天然氨基酸合成氨基醇,并采用NaBH4-CeCl3作为还原体系这种新的还原方法。A new chiral ligand L-dopamine ( Ⅰ ) was separated from natural Macuna bean in guangxi. Ⅰ was turned into L-dopa ethyl ester by esterification. L-dopa alcohol was prepared by the reduction of L-dopa ethyl ester ( Ⅱ ) with NaBH4-CeC13, NaBHg- LiC1, NaBH4-CaC12 as the reducing agent in ethanol. The optimum conditions were as followed: with NaBH4-CeC13 as the reducing agent had the advantages of higher yield and faster response. For the first time amino alcohol was synthesized from natural amino acids in the reaction, it was a new reaction method with NaBH4-CeC13 as the reducing agent.
