摘　　要：如何实现居民消费扩张是当前我国经济政策的一项重要内容。通过建立财政支出与居民消费之间的向量误差修正模型(VEC模型),对两者关系进行分析,可以发现财政支出部分"挤出"居民消费,居民收入无论短期还是长期均是居民消费增长的重要因素。据此制定科学合理的财政支出政策将有利于引导居民消费扩张。At present, how to realize the consumer expansion is an important economic policy in China. Through establishing a vector error correction model （VEC model） between the financial expenditure and the residents consumption to analyze their rela- tionship, we can find the financial expenditure partly ＂squeezes＂ the resident consumption, and in a short or long term, the resident income is the important factor to the development of household consumption. A scientific and rational fiscal expen- diture policy accordingly will help guide the consumer expansion.
