摘　　要：随着鄱阳湖生态经济区的构建与发展,制造业、服务业等二、三产业得到了较快发展,从而使技能型人才的需求量变得越来越大。当前,区域内技能型人才的匮乏已经影响到鄱阳湖生态经济区区域经济的更好发展。本文结合实际,剖析了鄱阳湖生态经济区技能型人才培养的现状,并提出了加强鄱阳湖生态经济区技能型人才培养的路径选择。Along with the construction and development of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, the secondary and tertiary industries like manufacturing and service industries have been rapidly developed so that there is an increasingly great demand in skilled talents. Currently, the shortage of regional skilled talents has affected the development of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. This paper analyzes the current situation of cultivations of skilled talents and proposes the path selection of cultivations of talents in the zone.
