摘　　要：将PLC控制系统用于配煤生产,介绍了PLC配煤控制系统的硬件与软件组成,重点说明了煤料的配比管理方法。应用PLC配煤控制系统可简化电气控制模式,提高配煤机的自动化水平和系统可靠性,促进了配煤产品质量的提升。This paper describes the application of PLC to coal blending control system. Some key points of the PLC control system were introduced, such as： the constitutes of hardware and software, the methods of ratio management, etc. Through the application of PLC technology, the production automation level of the coal blending machines and the reliability of the coal blending automatic control system were improved remarkably, with the electrical control mode was simplified furthermore.
