摘 要:采用两步烧结法制备了Ba0.2Sr0.8La4Ti4O15微波介电陶瓷,并通过分析陶瓷的晶相、显微结构及介电性能,与采用传统高温直接烧结法制得的陶瓷样品进行了对比。结果表明,较之高温直接烧结法,采用两步烧结法可通过较长时间保温而制备出粒度小而均匀、无裂纹且介电性能较好的陶瓷。在一次烧结温度为1 600℃、二次烧结温度为1 500℃并保温10 h条件下所制陶瓷介电性能最优:εr=46.52,Q.f=65 496 GHz,τf=–12.1×10–6/℃。Ba0.2Sr0.8La4Ti4O15 microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared using a two-step sintering method,and compared with the samples prepared using the conventional single-step sintering method by characterizing the crystal phase,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics.The results indicate that the Ba0.2Sr0.8La4Ti4O15 ceramics prepared by two-step sintering is composed of fine grains with uniform size,caused by long term temperature maintaining,and shows no crack and better dielectric properties in comparison to the samples prepared by single-step sintering.When the first-step sintering temperature is 1 600 ℃ and the second-step sintering temperature is 1 500 ℃ and maintained for 10 h,the prepared ceramics sample shows the best dielectric performance: εr = 46.5,Q?f = 65 496 GHz,τf = –12.1×10–6 /℃.
