摘 要:用硅烷偶联剂Si-69对膨胀蛭石(EVMT)进行改性,并用模压法制备了SBR/EVMT复合材料。通过红外光谱测试分析了EVMT的改性效果,研究了改性EVMT和Si-69的用量对复合材料性能的影响,并通过热重测试分析了复合材料的热性能,采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)观察了复合材料内部的微观结构。实验结果表明:Si-69能通过共价键键合在EVMT表面,用改性EVMT填充SBR能明显提高复合材料的邵氏A硬度、力学性能和热性能。同时,经Si-69改性后的EVMT,在SBR基体中分散均匀,两相相容性较好。Expansible vermiculite(EVMT) was modified with silane coupling agent(Si-69),and the SBR/EVMT composites were prepared by compression molding.The modified effect of EVMT was analysed with fourier transform infrared spectromete(FTIR).The effects of dosages of modified EVMT and Si-69 to the composite were investigated.The thermal property of the composites was characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).The microscopic structure of the composite was observed through the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that Si-69 could link to EVMT surface through covalent bond.The shore A hardness,mechanical and thermal properties of the composite filled with modified EVMT were improved obviously.At the same time,the modified EVMT could dispersed evenly in the matrix of SBR and had better compatibility of two phase.
