摘　　要：人体皮肤每天都接受来自日光中紫外线的辐射,长期辐射会引起人体暴露部位皮肤光老化。阐明其机理对防护皮肤光损伤及皮肤衰老甚至皮肤癌具有十分重要的意义。现代医学对皮肤光老化发病机理已经做了深入研究。目前,光老化尚无明确的中医理论记载,文章主要对皮肤光老化的中医病因病机作以探讨。Human skin in exposed under the daily sunlight from the ultraviolet UV radiation,long-term radiation can lead to skin photoaging in exposed parts of the body.Its mechanism is of great significance to prevent light-induced disease,skin aging and skin cancer.Deep research has been made about the etiology and pathogenesis of photoaging.At present,there are no exact records of TCM of photoaging.This article discussed the study of TCM etiology of photoaging.
