摘　　要：慢性便秘属于典型的心身疾病,患者生存质量较差。其疗效评价需将慢性便秘的概念和疾病特点分解为全面、精确、可测量的具体内容,以体现其内涵。测量本质应以患者为中心,遵循PRO量表的制作指南(FDA.2009),在中医理论指导下建立病证结合的多维综合指标体系,反映患者生存质量。慢性便秘PRO评估量表的指标属软指标,其筛选、设计、量化、赋权及考评等一系列过程成为课题研究的关键问题和难点。Chronic constipation is a typical psychophysiological disorder,which is a heavy burden on mental and economy for patients.The curative effect evaluation needs to reflect the connotation of the disease,focusing on patients.Following the guideline of PRO of FDA,the synthetic index system combining symptoms with syndrome was established under the guidance of TCM theory,paying close attentions to QOL.The index of Patient-Reported Outcome of Chronic Constipation Rating Scale belongs to soft target with screening,designing,quantifying,weighing and evaluating,which is the key point and nodus of the research.
