摘　　要：冻结肩是骨科常见病、多发病,属中医"痹证"范畴。临床治疗方法多样,但国内因手法具有缓解肌肉痉挛、促进局部组织代谢、改善关节功能等疗效高、副作用低等作用已在业界得到公认。就近年来国内发表的以中医手法为主治疗冻结肩的文献,从单一手法治疗、手法配合功能锻炼、手法配合针灸、手法配合中药、以手法为主的综合疗法等几方面作一概述。Frozen shoulder is a common and frequently-occurring orthopedic disease.It belongs to the arthralgia categorya in traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical treatment is diversity,but the practices of domestic have many advantages.For example,it can relieve muscle cramps,promote local tissue metabolism,improve joint function,etc.The physicians have recognized that it has high efficacy and low side effects.In this paper,it reviewed the literature-based treatment of frozen shoulder published in China in recent years,including the single manipulation,manipulation with the functional exercise,manipulation with acupuncture and moxibustion,manipulation with the traditional Chinese medicine,etc.
