摘　　要：因正气亏虚,风寒之外邪从肌表乘虚而入,内达脏腑、经络,日久盘踞,损害脏腑,形成风寒里证。临床很多疾病都可以按风寒里证来治疗,治疗大法是温阳益肾,祛风散寒,务必使入里之风寒再由表而解,治疗主方是四逆汤合桂枝汤。Exogenous evil（pathogenic wind-cold）invades the human body because of the diffciency of vital Qi.The pathogenic wind-cold invades the skin first,and then the viscera and meridian.The invasion of the pathogenic wind-cold causes the viscera and meridian dysfunctions which are called Wind Cold Interior Syndrome.In clinic,many diseases can be regarded as Wind Cold Interior Syndrome.The treatment principle is warming Yang and nourishing kidney and expelling wind and clearing away cold.The main prescription is Sini decoction combined with Guizhi decoction.
