林毅教授首创提脓祛腐综合疗法巧治肉芽肿性乳腺炎——典型病案、理论渊源及操作规范

摘　　要：肉芽肿性乳腺炎是一种临床上较少见的病因不明的慢性乳腺炎性疾病,肾上腺皮质激素治疗有一定疗效,但治疗周期长,治疗过程中反复脓肿形成、持续伤口感染等,常使患者不得不反复接受手术直至乳房切除方可治愈。这给患者带来了极大的痛苦和困扰,甚至留下终身遗憾。因此,探寻一种有效的、创伤小的、能最大限度保留乳房外形,且复发率低的治疗方法非常迫切。该文介绍了林毅教授运用首创的"提脓祛腐"综合疗法成功治愈肉芽肿性乳腺炎(成脓期)的典型案例,详细阐述其理论渊源及操作规范。提出"提脓祛腐"综合疗法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎(成脓期)疗效显著且具有治疗周期短、不易复发、最大限度保留乳房外形的优势,值得推广运用。Granulomatous mastitis is a rare clinical disease,the causes of granulomatous mastitis is still unclear.Adrenal cortical hormone is recognized as an effective method of treatment.But adrenal cortical treatment need very long treatment time.The patient need to suffer repeated abscess formation during treatment.This makes the patients choose mastectomy.This is a very painful choice.Therefore,to explore an effective treatment of minimally invasive,maximizingly retening breast appearance,and low recurrence rate is very urgent.This article describes Professor LIN Yi＇s initiating combination therapy named Tinong Qufu for granulomatous mastitis,elaborating the theory origin and operating rules by introducing typical cases.Tinong Qufu combination therapy has significant effect for granulomatous mastitis,while shorter treatment cycles,less recurrence,breast appearance can be reserved.
