摘　　要：重视和加强对伦理经济学的研究,既是现代经济科学发展的趋势,也是坚持和发展马克思主义经济学的需要。理论界对于伦理与经济的关系问题关注较早,而对于伦理经济学科发展则发展较为缓慢。现代西方经济学家认识到,现代经济学的"魅力"在于更明确地关注影响人类行为的伦理智慧,更富有吸引力和解释力。在我国这门学科还处于探索阶段,要深入对伦理进行经济学分析,要研究伦理的经济功能、问题以及制度属性等问题。Paying attention and stress on the research into ethical economics is not only the trend that the modem economy develops,but also the requirements for adhering to and developing Marxism Economics.Theorists take close attention to the issue of ethic and economy earlier,but because of the development of ethical economics was late and slow,modern western economists find out that the charm of modem economics is to pay more specific attention to the ethical wisdom which influences human behaviors.This ethical wisdom is more attractive and explanatory.In our country,this subject is still in the stage of exploration,we should make a deep analysis in economics of ethics,study the economic function,issues,system and other issues of ethics.
