摘　　要：在分析解放军医学图书馆学科馆员服务开展现状以及科研用户信息需求特点的基础上,结合实践从嵌入用户环境和契合用户需求两个角度对学科馆员服务进行展望,为学科馆员提高服务质量、提升服务水平提供借鉴。Based on analyzing current status of subject librarian service and characteristics of scientific users＇ information demands in Medical Library of Chinese PLA,combined with practices the paper outlooks the future of subject librarian service form two angles：embedded in users＇ environment and fitting for the needs of users,so as to provide references for subject librarian improving service quality and service level.
