摘 要:分析了直流电机和无刷直流电机PWM调制的几种方式,指出现有的PWM方式的优点与不足。在对它们进行综合分析后,提出一种新颖的PWM调制方式,该方法使得桥式电路可靠性有保证,没有回馈电源电流,并且功率器件功耗均衡,实现简单。对无刷直流电机(BLDCM)驱动电路中各信号点进行测试,测试波形和设计目标一致。An analytical study of several PWM methods of DC motor and BLDCM was presented, and their advantages and disadvantages were pointed. After the advantages of the PWM modes taken in and the disadvantages been against, a novel PWM scheme was proposed. It could make main power circuit safe, no reversal DC-link current, and balance the power devices power loss in bridge circuit. Meanwhile it could be obtained easily. The realization of the method was presented. Signal points in BLDCM drive circuit were tested, and the result was coincident between the test results and our design.
