摘 要:以自制复合颗粒为载体,采用混合-浸渍煅烧法,制备了CuO/C-Al2O3-凹凸棒,考察催化剂在处理酸性大红和活性蓝X-BR染料废水中的催化性能及稳定性,试验结果表明:去除酸性大红和活性蓝X-BR的最佳条件是:温度为60℃,氧化剂的投加量为80 mL/L,pH值为2,催化剂的投加量分别为40、30 g/L。催化剂稳定性好,重复利用10次后对酸性大红的去除率仍达85%以上。将粉末活性炭、活性氧化铝、凹凸棒复合制成载体,为染料废水处理提供了一种新思路。With self-prepared composite particle as the carrier, CuO/C-A1203-attapulgite was prepared using mixing-dip calcination method. Taking wastewater samples containing acid brilliant scarlet and reactive blue X-BR as the research objects, the catalytic performance and stability of the catalyst used for the above samples treatment were investigated. The results of the test showed that, the optimal condition for acid brilliant scarlet and reactive blue X-BR removal were as follows: the temperature was 60 ℃, the oxidant dosage was 80 mL/ L, the pH value was 2, the catalyst dosage were 40 and 30 g/L respectively. It could be seen that, the catalyst had good stability, even had been reused for 10 times, it could still ensure the removal rate of acid brilliant scarlet above 85%. Therefore, a new ideal for wastewater treatment: taking the composite particle which is combined with powdered activated carbon, activated aluminum oxide and attapulgite as the carrier, was provided.
