摘 要:采用氢氧化钠改性的硅藻土作为吸附材料,研究了吸附剂用量、搅拌时间、pH值以及废水浓度等因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,在100 mL Cu2+的质量浓度为10.49 mg/L,改性硅藻土投加量为3.5 g,pH值为8.5,吸附时间为30 min的条件下,废水中Cu2+的去除率最高可达97.93%,出水Cu2+的质量浓度低于0.22 mg/L,达到了GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准的要求。Using the diatomite modified by sodium hydroxide as the adsorbent to treat copper-containing wastewater, the influences of adsorbent dosage, stirring time, pH value, wastewater concentration and some other factors on adsorption effect were studied. The results showed that, under the condition that the mass concentration of 100 mL Cu^2+ was 10.49 mg/L, the modified diatomite dosage was 3.5 g, the pH value was 8.5, the adsorption time was 30 min, the highest removal rate of Cu^2+ in wastewater was obtained, which was: 97.93%, the mass concentration of Cu^2+ in effluent water was lower than 0.22 mg/L, which met the specification for grade 1 in GB 8978--1996 Integrated Wastewater Treatment Standard.
