摘 要:采用铁碳微电解法对CLT酸废水进行预处理,分别研究了气水体积比、pH值、铁碳体积比、HRT及H2O2投加量对处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:气水体积比为3、pH值为2.0、HRT为100 min、铁碳体积比为1.25时的处理效果最好,CODCr的去除率达到40%以上。加入适量的H2O2能进一步提高CODCr去除效率,在H2O2(35%)的投加量为10 mL/L时,CODCr的去除率达到60%左右,m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)值达到0.2,为CLT酸废水的预处理提供科学依据。Iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process was used to pretreat CLT acid wastewater. The influences of air-water volume ratio, pH value, volume ratio of iron to carbon, HRT and H202 dosage on treatment effect were investigated. The results of the test showed that: when the air-water volume ratio was 3 : 1, the pH value was 2.0, the HRT was 100 min, and the volume ratio of iron to carbon was 1.25, the best treatment effect could be obtained, and the removal rate of CODa reached above 40%. It could be seen that, adding proper amount of H202 could improve the removal rate of CODcr, when the dosage of H2O2 (35%) was 10 mL/L, the removal rate of CODcr was about 60%, the value of m(BOD5)/m(CODcr) was 0.2, which provided scientific basis for CLT acid
