摘　　要：内皮抑素自发现以来一直被认为是肿瘤生长过程中最重要的抗血管形成因子,也成为肿瘤抗血管治疗的重要靶点。内皮抑素抗肿瘤作用机制和临床应用的研究一直是肿瘤靶向治疗领域研究的热点,但其具体的作用机制及其如何提高临床疗效仍然存在诸多争议。现就近年来国内外对于内皮抑素抗肿瘤作用机制及临床应用的研究进展予以综述。It is well known that enndostatin has potent anti-endothelial and anti-angiogenic functions,so it became a popular target of tumor′s anti-angiogenesis therapy.However,there are also a lot of controversies about endostatin,such as how endostatin take effect and how to improve endostatin′s clinical efficacy.Here is to make a review on endostatin′s mechanism and application at home and abroad in recent years.
