摘　　要：目的应用妊娠患者的临床、生化及影像学指标对异位妊娠进行早期诊断。方法通过Bayes逐步判别分析的方法筛查出有意义的指标,建立异位妊娠诊断模型。结果通过自身验证,判别诊断模型对异位妊娠诊断正确率为96.58%,总正确率为89.58%。结论应用Bayes判别方法筛查出妊娠患者的早期征象和指标并建立模型,对异位妊娠早期诊断具有较高的准确率,为早期治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy through clinical,biochemical and imaging indexes.Methods Meaningful index were screened out through Bayes method and model of ectopic pregnancy was established.Results Through own validation,the diagnostic accuracy about ectopic pregnancy was 96.58%,total accuracy was 89.58%.Conclusion Bayes method of screening for early signs and indexes of pregnancy to build up the model has a high accuracy of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,which is the basis for early treatment.
