摘 要:以铜陵某铜矿开采设计稳定性研究为例,利用有限元强度折减法对采场结构的整体稳定性进行了极限分析。计算结果表明,由于采场结构布置和受力复杂,仅靠数值计算解的不收敛性作为整体失稳判据是值得商榷的,而以顶板塑性破坏带大面积贯通、关键点位移突变、破坏单元体积突变和塑性应变最大值突变作为整体失稳判据则具有一致性,可作为采场结构整体失稳的判据,由此得到采场结构的整体安全系数,对地下矿山采场结构稳定性分析具有一定参考作用。Taking the mining stability in design for a Tongling Copper Mine as an example,a limit analysis was conducted for the integral stability of the stope structure with strength reduction finite element technique.The calculation results showed that the convergence of numerical computation solution was arguable to define overall instability of the structure due to the complexity of the underground stope structure,while the instability criteria including a large area of roof penetration due to plastic failure,the displacement and deformation of key points,sudden increase in volume deformation and the maximum plastic strain showed some consistency.The overall safety factor for the stope structure obtained based on these criteria can be used as a reference in the mining design for the similar underground mine.
