摘 要:根据鞍钢集团矿业公司的生产现状,首次提出细碎-湿式强磁预选工艺,贫赤铁矿和极贫赤铁矿经细碎-预选后,可抛弃产率20%~40%、品位8%以下的尾矿,显著降低选矿成本,提高资源利用效率,为矿山企业高效利用资源、提高企业效益和竞争力提供了技术支持。To optimize the production efficiency of mineral processing plant in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation,a pre-concentration process composed of a fine crushing and a wet high-intensity magnetic-separation was adopted for the first time in the enterprise.For lean and extremely lean hematite ores,tailings with a yield of 20%~40% and an iron grade below 8% can be discarded after this process,resulting in a remarkable decrease in the processing cost,and an increase in the resources utilization efficiency,which can bring economic benefit and strengthen competition ability of mine enterprises as well.
