摘 要:对两种化工原料A和B进行了官能团改进,按一定比例复配后得到了低温高效新型捕收剂Fly-101。针对安徽某铁矿进行了试验,Fly-101在15℃和35℃下都可实现与现场捕收剂35℃下同等的指标,且捕收剂用量节省1/3左右。15℃下,经过一粗一精两扫开路流程,得到了铁精矿品位66.71%,尾矿品位10.16%,精矿回收率84.06%的良好指标。试验结果表明,Fly-101是一种捕收能力强、低温适应性强的新型捕收剂。Two chemical materials with modified functional groups were mixed in a certain proportion to prepare a new type of flotation collector Fly-101.Tests for an iron ore from Anhui Province show that Fly-101 are comparable with the currently-adopted collector in flotation indexes both at 15 ℃ and 35 ℃,with the collector dosage reduced by about one-third.At 15 ℃,after an open-circuit flowsheet with one roughing,one cleaning and two stages of scavenging,an iron concentrate with iron grade and recovery of 66.71% and 84.06%,respectively,can be obtained with a reduced iron grade for the tailings as 10.16%.The results show that Fly-101 possesses strong collecting capacity and low temperature adaptability.
