摘　　要：对某新建30万吨铜选矿厂带负荷试车后的技术指标进行了分析,通过对技术指标的分析,判别该选厂工艺流程、工艺设备能否满足设计指标,发现试车过程中存在的问题及解决方法,为选矿厂投产后达产达标提供依据。Technical indexes obtained from the on-load commissioning of a newly constructed copper concentrator with annual capacity of 300 000 ton were analyzed.Based on the analysis,the process flowsheet and the equipment selection were evaluated according to the design parameters.In terms of problems existed in the commissioning,some corresponding solutions were proposed,which would provide a reference after the concentrator is put into practical production in the real operation.
