摘 要:用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si基片上旋涂制备了CoFe2O4/Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3层状磁电复合薄膜(2-2型)。利用XRD分析了薄膜的相组成,运用SEM研究了薄膜表面和断面的微观形貌,并研究了薄膜的铁磁和磁电耦合性能。研究表明,低浓度的CFO前驱体溶液能显著改善薄膜的微观形貌,磁电复合薄膜多层纳米结构清晰平整。复合薄膜表现出良好的铁磁性能,磁场平行和垂直于薄膜表面的饱和磁化强度分别为298和272 emu/cm3。随着外磁场(HBias)的增加,复合薄膜的磁电电压系数(αE)有逐渐减小的趋势;在HBias接近0时,αE达到最大值。随着复合薄膜磁性层间距的减小,静磁耦合效应的增加,αE存在上升趋势。CoFe2O4/Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3(CFO/PZT) magnetoelectric composite thin film(with 2-2 type structure) was prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate through spin coating by using sol-gel process.The phase composition and the surface and cross-section microstructures were analyzed by XRD and SEM,respectively.Simultaneously,the ferromagnetic and magnetoelectric properties were investigated in detail.The results show that the low-concentration CFO precursor solution can siginificantly improve the microstructure of the thin film.The prepared film displays a clear and smooth multilayered nanostructure and good ferromagnetic properties.The saturation magnetizations of the magnetic fields parallel and perpendicular to the film surface are 298 and 272 emu/cm3,respectively.The magnetoelectric voltage coefficient(αE) tends to decrease with the increase of external magnetic field(HBias) and reaches a maximum value when HBias is near to zero.On the contrary,αE tends to increase with the reduction of the magnetic interlayerspacing of the film and the intensification of the magnetostatic coupling effect.
