摘 要:由于高压断路器永磁机构工作时间短、运动速度快、线圈的瞬时通断电流和动铁芯的运动,都会在永磁机构的动静铁芯中产生涡流,对机构的特性有很大影响,采用耦合法对永磁机构的瞬态磁场进行分析、研究了电压激励下的瞬态磁场、推导了考虑涡流影响的非线性瞬态磁场的数学模型。运用有限元分析软件Ansoft对本课题组制作的方形永磁机构进行仿真并分析研究了涡流对其特性的影响、对其损耗进行计算分析。计算结果表明,由于涡流的影响使永磁机构的动作时间增长,在永磁机构动作过程中,动铁芯的涡流损耗很大。对考虑涡流影响的永磁机构特性的研究可为永磁机构的合理设计提供理论依据。As the permanent magnetic actuator of high voltage circuit breaker with short working hours fast movement speed, the instantaneous current of coil and the movement of the moving core, so it would generate eddy current in the static and moving core of the permanent magnetic actuator and had a great impact on the dynamic characteristics of the permanent magnetic actuator. The coupling method was used to analyze the transient magnetic field of the permanent magnetic actuator the transient magnetic field sup- plied by voltage was studied and the mathematical model of the nonlinear transient magnetic field was de- duced under eddy condition. Finite element software Ansoft was used to analyze and simulate the square permanent magnetic actuator which was designed by our group. Eddy current influence on the character- istics of the permanent magnetic actuator was studied and its loss was calculated and analyzed. The results show that the action time of the permanent magnetic actuator growth under eddy condition. In the process of permanent magnetic actuator action, eddy current loss is great. The study of permanent magnetic actua- tor characteristics under eddy condition can provide theoretical basis for rational design.
