24小时快速起搏老年犬右心房致C-反应蛋白和B-型利钠肽动态变化的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老龄犬快速心房起搏后C-反应蛋白（CRP）和B-型利钠肽（BNP）水平的影响和CRP、BNP浓度变化与心房颤动的关系。方法选取健康老龄家犬20只，建立房颤的动物模型，分别在房颤0、4、12、24h静脉采血，测定血清中CRP和BNP的水平。结果房颤犬血清CRP水平12h（7．21±1．75）mg／L、24h（9．78±1．80）mg／L较0h组（4．21±1．92）mg／L明显上升，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），血清CRP水平4h（5．54±1．62）mg／L未见明显升高，较正常对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。血清BNP水平12h（89．23±15．32）Lg／L、24h（101．42±17．44）Lg／L较正常对照组（50．12±15．97）Lg／L明显上升，差异有统计学意义沪〈0．01），血清BNP水平4h（69．65±16．23）Lg／L未见明显升高，较正常对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论随着房颤持续时fHJ的延长，血清CRP和BNP的水平明显升高，表明炎症状态可能参与了老龄房颤的发生发展。Objective To explore the significance of C-reactive protein and B-type natriuretic peptide by 24 hours rapid atrial pacing in the elderly canine. Methods The canine model of atrial fibrillation （AF） was established by rapid pacing of the upper right atrium. Blood samples were collected by jugular vein at 0, 4, 12, 24 hours after atrial fibrillation. Radioimmunoassay and immunecolorinetric methods were used to measure the serum levels of C-reactive protein, B-type natrinretic peptide. Results At 12 hours, and 24 hours after AF, the serum levels of CRP were （7.21±1.75） mg/L and （9.78 ± 1.80） mg/L respectively, which were higher than that of 0 hour group [（4.21 ± 1.92） mg/L], There was no significant difference at 4 hour compared with the control group. The serum levels of BNP were （89. 23 ± 15.32） Lg/ L and （101.42±17.44） Lg/L at 12 hours and 24 hours, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group （50.12±15.97） Lg/L. There was no significant difference at hour 4 compared with the control group. Conclusions The serum levels of CRP and BNP are significantly higher in elderly patients with AF, which indicates that the inflammatory state may be involved in the incidence of development of atrial fibrillation in the elderly patients.
