摘 要:联邻碳硼烷(1,1′-bis(o-carborane))是由两个邻碳硼烷(o-carborane)簇通过各自骨架的一个碳原子以单键直接连接形成的联苯的三维类似物.综述了联邻碳硼烷的合成、结构和化学反应性的研究进展,并与邻碳硼烷进行了相应的对比.研究表明,与其"单体"邻碳硼烷类似,联邻碳硼烷也能发生碳上取代、硼上取代、部分降解(脱硼)、还原(开笼)、热重排等反应,但部分反应(如还原反应)的情况有所不同.简要介绍并展望了联邻碳硼烷及其衍生物在药物以及(金属)有机合成等领域的应用前景.1,1'-Bis(o-carborane), a three-dimensional analogue of biphenyl, is formally formed by two o-carborane clusters with a direct linkage of a carbon-carbon single bond which is formed with one skeletal carbon atom from each subcluster. In this paper the syntheses, structure and properties of 1,1 '- bis(o-carborane) are overviewed, with an emphasis on its reactivity. Where appropriate, a comparision is made with that of o-carborane. Research has shown that, similar to its "monomer" o-carborane, 1,1'- bis(o-carborane) can undergo various reactions such as substitution at carbon, substitution at boron, partial degradation or deboronation, reduction (cage opening), and thermal rearrangement, while some reactions such as the reduction show different pattern. The potential applications of the biscarborane derivatives have also been briefly discussed.
